To Whom it May Concern, ‘CP Troubadour’ was examined and treated on 2/19/19 for a 1-2 day old skin laceration on the inside of the right front fetlock. The wound was clipped, cleaned, and bandaged. A recheck was performed on 2/26/19. ‘CP Troubadour’ continues to move well on the limb and has minimal swelling and drainage.
